I graduated from the University of Akron with a bachelors degree in Nutrition and Dietetics before completing a clinical based internship at MetroHealth Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio.

Over the previous 10 years, I have dedicated the majority of my time counseling people on restrictive diets based on intolerances or allergies.

In addition to being in the kitchen cooking, I enjoy staying active outside running, hiking and exploring all that nature has to offer.
